Graduate Research Assistant for Dr. Manuella Blackburn's 'Overcoming Sonic Stalemates' Fellowship

I will be working as a Research Assistant at Keele University alongside Dr. Manuella Blackburn and Milapfest, on their 'Overcoming Sonic Stalemates: Representing Cultural Diversity in Sample Packs’ project, an EDI Engagement Fellowship by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) to support work which focuses on equality, diversity and inclusion issues.

We will be hosting a number of engagement events throughout 2021 including online forums, online music education training and a call for works using the developed sample packs – resulting in the formation of written guidance on how to better facilitate the sharing of cultural recourses such as sounds.
